These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by VisioBlu S.L. through its website www.visioblu.com, as well as the contracting of laser refractive surgery and ophthalmology services.

By using this website or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

VisioBlu is a European network of ophthalmology clinics specialising in laser refractive surgery. Our services include:

• Ophthalmological consultations and suitability assessment
• Laser refractive surgery (LASIK, SMILE, PRK)
• Treatment of myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia
• Postoperative follow-up
• Travel coordination services for international patients

3. Requirements for contracting

To contract our services, the user must:

• Be of legal age (18 years or older)
• Provide truthful and complete information
• Undergo a prior medical assessment to determine suitability
• Sign the informed consent before any procedure

4. Contracting process

The process for contracting our services follows these stages:

1. Information request: The user completes the contact form or the eligibility test.
2. Initial contact: Our team gets in touch to provide detailed information.
3. Medical assessment: The patient attends an in-person or online consultation for assessment.
4. Quotation: A detailed quotation for the services is provided.
5. Confirmation: The patient accepts the quotation and signs the informed consent.
6. Treatment: The agreed procedure is performed.
7. Follow-up: The scheduled postoperative check-ups are carried out.

5. Prices and payment methods

The prices of our services are communicated individually after the medical assessment. Prices include:

• Complete preoperative consultation
• Surgical procedure
• Initial postoperative medication
• Postoperative check-ups during the first year

Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, credit/debit card and financing (subject to availability). A deposit is required to confirm the booking of the procedure.

6. Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

• More than 14 days before: Full refund of the deposit less administrative costs.
• Between 7 and 14 days before: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days before: The deposit is not refunded.
• Cancellation for medical reasons: Full refund upon presentation of a medical certificate.

VisioBlu reserves the right to cancel or postpone a procedure for medical reasons or force majeure, in which case all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

7. Guarantees

VisioBlu offers the following guarantees:

• Retreatment guarantee: If the result does not reach the expected visual acuity, a retreatment will be performed at no additional cost, provided the patient is medically suitable.
• Follow-up included: All check-ups during the first year are included in the price.
• Certified technology: We exclusively use state-of-the-art ZEISS equipment.

The guarantees are subject to the patient following the postoperative instructions provided by the medical team.

8. Limitation of liability

VisioBlu shall not be liable for:

• Results that do not meet the patient's expectations if they fall within medically normal parameters.
• Complications arising from failure to follow the postoperative instructions.
• Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed by the patient.
• Changes in visual prescription after treatment due to the natural evolution of the eye.

9. Important medical information

Laser refractive surgery is a medical procedure that carries inherent risks. Before undergoing any treatment:

• You will receive full information about the risks, benefits and alternatives.
• You must sign an informed consent form.
• A thorough medical assessment will be carried out.
• Individual results may vary.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella (Málaga), Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except where the user is a consumer, in which case the applicable regulations shall apply.
